One thing is for certain and that's that students are well-known for pulling all-nighters. Whether it be for studying or to go out clubbing, there's always one or more distractions which seem (at the time) a better bet than going to bed.

Of course, the odd all-nighter won't do any harm (not that we condone it), however to succeed at university, a great night's sleep is absolutely vital and something which all students should focus on getting as often as possible.
