More and more “sitters” are working stress-reducing exercises into their daily routine or purchasing fitness tools that remind them to move around throughout the day. Companies are beginning to invest in more ergonomic office furniture such as standing desks and even treadmill desks to break the “sitting is the new smoking” stigma.
