The Group Discussion Success Infographic

You don’t have to be a genius to master group discussion or the topic of discussion in a GD!

Something tells you, you’re just … well … smarter than most candidates looking to get a job you have applied for.

You’re not interested in shortcuts. That is the reason why you are not looking for a magical silver bullet that involves no work, no time, and no sense. And you start preparing for the group discussion round as soon as you clear your aptitude.

In other words, you don’t have to be Einstein to “get” through the group discussion. But you’d have to be an idiot to believe some of the stuff peddled by college syllabus and irrelevant soap operas.

The whole purpose of a GD is to analyze your traits and leadership qualities, if you don’t know what exactly to do and what to avoid in a group discussion, here is a group of students to help you perform better!
Remember that the panelists are observing you. The way you talk, smile, nod and even look at the fellow candidates is noticed. Along with your best dress, don’t forget to wear your best behavior. Lastly, be a veracious reader; stay updated with the current affairs so that thoughts come to you naturally!

All the best!
